Your Life Purpose by Incarnation Quarter

At some point in your life, you may have asked yourself, "what is my life purpose?"

There are several ways to summarize one’s life purpose.

You can incorporate someone’s Aura Type (Projector, Mani Gen, Manifestor, Generator, Reflector), you can look at your profile numbers, or you can look specifically at one’s incarnation cross, or you can look at the incarnation quarters.

In this article, I will go over the incarnation quarters.

How to find your Incarnation Quarter

Step 1:

To identify which quarter you belong in, take a look at your Personality Sun gate. It is the one at the top right of your chart. For example, you can see mine is in Gate 53. (Ignore the decimal after the gate number).

Step 2:

Look at the rave mandala wheel and identify which quarter your gate is located in. As you see in my example below, mine is in Quarter 2.

Quarter 1: INITIATION - the MENTAL realm

Your purpose is fulfilled through the mind - consciousness, thinking, educating, conceptualizing, explaining and sharing what it means to be aware and conscious. The initiation of the mind is our first step in our evolution as a species. Ra Uru Hu the person who received the Human Design system had this quarter in his design. This quarter might include our doctors, philosophers, scientists, strategists, psychologists, designers, lawyers, educators, and people who develop new frameworks.

Perhaps you will or have created a new framework for psychology or a business strategy or a way of discussing consciousness in a deeply intellectual way.

What ways are you initiating the rest of us into new ways of seeing and thinking?

Quarter 2: CIVILIZATION - the realm of FORM

Your purpose is fulfilled through what you create, to build infrastructure that is needed for us to survive - businesses, books, schools, a building venue for events, a community, a vegetable garden, etc. It’s taking what was mentally thought through from the previous quarter and putting it into form, something we can see and interact with to deepen our experiences and evolution. These are the artists, farmers, architects, bakers, seamstresses and builders.

Perhaps you will build a meditation centre in the countryside, or a reading club with eager members, or a board game!

What ways can you take your thoughts and passions and create something out of it?

Quarter 3: DUALITY - the RELATIONAL realm

Your purpose is fulfilled through your relationships - you are here to build relationships and networks and cocreating together. This is about relating to each other, bonding, merging then appreciating our unique individuality too. Taking what we mentally know and aware of from our first quarter, and utilizing the infrastructure that was built in quarter 2, we now can gather and cocreate! Through powerful connections and relationships, incredible things can grow. This quarter might include our community organizers, mayors, investors, our network connectors, and advocates. I think participatory facilitators are also a great example here. This is also where we might measure what actually works for us and what doesn’t.

Perhaps you are a connector, always connecting people with others who can help them or be a great match, or you are an advocate or local politician fighting for the needs of your people.

What ways are you funneling your energy into how we use the infrastructure and mental frameworks or strategies now with real players?

Quarter 4: MUTATION - the realm of SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION

Your purpose is fulfilled through your own growth, evolution and transformation. You inspire others to transform as you explore transformation. We conceptualized (1st quarter), built (2nd quarter), and related and bonded (3rd quarter) and now in the 4th quarter we are going through transformation to prepare us to evolve to new heights. Sometimes, this includes creative destruction or death of things that don’t seem to work anymore. It could also be a very innovative energy.

Perhaps you have gone through significant transformations in your own life, spiritually and psychologically. Perhaps you are a futurist, preparing us for to evolve into the unknown futures.

How can you go all in into the realm of transformation and inspire others to love themselves, go into the deep end or dark tunnel and trust that the evolution on the other side is worth it?

For me, this was a huge source of validation discovering I was in the 2nd quarter of FORM. I had always gravitated towards learning how to be a contractor, how to build a house, having visions of creating a healing space with rolling hills, big gorgeous trees and a few earthships and nature-inspired buildings for retreats, vacations and housing. Maybe this is also why I’m such a fan of the Venus Project. But I’ve mostly denied myself these dreams or interests, it just didn’t seem to fit into my idea of who I thought my parents or school friends pictured me to be. And I’m not a Generator who tends to be labeled as the ‘builder’ type. I’m a Manifestor who initiates. So, I initiate others and I am also interested in building things! So, there are interesting combinations of your Type, Profile Lines (I’m a 2/5, so I am naturally gifted and a universalizer, heretic) and Incarnation quarter.
